Wonderfully Easy Drop Biscuits with Add ins

Not much to say, just that these biscuits are so easy you can make them before you take your kids to school! Yeah when there is no bread left in the frig I whip up some of these bad boys and the kids devour them. So here you go I hope you have fun adding your own flare to them.

Whisk your liquids together first in a big bowl then add your dry goods one at a time mixing as you go.

Your batter is going to be thick! In fact when you start adding the flour use a spoon instead of a whisk.

They don't call them drop biscuits for nothing. Just drop them on your cooking sheet. This recipe produces 6 large biscuits.

Finished! 20 minutes in the oven at 425 degrees. I added pumpkin spice to these and they taste amazing!

3/4 cup of milk (any kind you want, I use almond)

              1/4 cup olive oil

1 egg (egg is not necessary but, I put it in there for extra protein)

1 1/2 tsp of baking powder

              1/2 tsp salt

1-2 Tablespoons of sweetener, I use coconut sugar (also totally not necessary)

2 cups of flour or flour substitute.

Our favorite is Bob's Redmill All purpose Gluten Free Flour

Add ins:

cinnamon, vanilla, pumpkin spice, diced garlic, little cubes of cheese,

Have fun with the add ins! These biscuits are very forgiving and easy to make so get creative with them! Share and Enjoy!
